Puzzle 112 – “Stronger Stuff”

I reached back into the archive a bit in a busy week. This puzzle is new to this site, to be clear, but it’s one I constructed a while back and might approach a little differently now. I like the shape of the grid, but it is a touch heavy on the 3-letter entries.
That said, I do like the long ones here, and the title refers to 30-Across, the seed entry here. I tried to keep the cluing pretty straightforward this time, but I like a couple of mild misdirects here, as on 37-Down.
