Been posting themelesses with interlocking long entries for the last several weeks here… so how about a nice straightforward themed puzzle? I hope this one reads to you as pretty smooth and breezy.
Not too many misdirects in the cluing here, except for 34-Down and 39-Down. But 46-Across and 37-Down enter some solid fun fact territory.
