Puzzle 128 – “Paradigm Shift”

It’s a holiday week. A lot of us are getting some break time. So here’s one on the easier side, with a pretty straightforward theme (that has been done elsewhere with different theme entries, I know). It’s a little heavy on the 3-letter entries, but I like the pairs of 9-letter downs that help hold the grid together.
