This week’s blog themeless has a few more question-mark clues than usual. I’ve been working on those. Source of the title is 40-Across, but my favorite clue is 62-Across.

Lots of great clueing. I especially liked 11D (though I might flipped the last two words, e.g. “Tries to earn some quick interest?” Had never heard of 7D before!
Yeah, 7D was more or less new to me, but it seemed inferrable, and some image searches confirm that it’s definitely a thing!

Hi Matthew, and TY for 27D: “Habitat 67 resident” answer is “Montrealer”. And if you Wikipedia “Habitat 67” and look at the pictures, what an amazing architectural feat!
I know, right?! I poked around the building’s website while figuring out how best to word that clue too. It’s fascinating.
