Another themeless with a musical seed entry. The specific recording of 24-Across referenced in the clue is a longtime favorite, and this puzzle’s title is more than just every crossword solver’s mantra: it’s a little bit of self-fulfilling prophecy in Ms. Fitzgerald’s stage patter just before the song begins.
I have a few more punny clues here than is my norm. My faves among those: 38-Across, 55-Across, and 32-Down.
